45 positive COVID-19 test results in Fentress County Wednesday, bringing the five day total to 105. The county’s positive rate, the percentage of positive tests, stands at better than 31 percent. Norris Captured In North Dakota

A Clay County inmate is back behind bars in North Dakota. Roy Norris was arrested by Stark County Sheriff Deputies last week for burglary. Clay Inmate Escapee Captured

A Clay County inmate is now back in custody. Roy Norris escaped the Sheriff Department’s custody in July. Norris was about to be transported to a Kentucky penitentiary when he disappeared. The Sheriff’s Department announced Norris’ capture Tuesday. There was a possible lead Norris was in New York that came to light in August but nothing was confirmed. Read More »
