Sparta Aldermen Approves Bid For CCTV Work On Sewer System

City of Sparta will move forward with camera work on its sewer system utilizing part of the $500,000 CDBG grant. The Board of Aldermen approved a low bid for the work at its meeting Thursday night. A Putnam County Sheriff’s Department traffic stop Thursday led to the arrest of Angie Iwanyszyn on drug charges.
