Algood Police arrested two people from Texas on Sunday after finding multiple types of drugs during an investigation at Subway.
Officers charged Matthew Martin with being a fugitive from justice and simple possession of narcotics. Kimberly Grelle-Swint faces a methamphetamine possession charge.
Authorities came in contact with the defendants in the Subway parking lot after spotting an SUV with an open container inside.
A press release said officers found Martin possessing marijuana and a white, powdery substance identified as cocaine. Grelle-Swint allegedly possessed a crystal substance identified as meth and cannabis gummies she had purchased from Colorado.
Grelle-Swint is behind bars at the Putnam County Jail on $10,000 bond. Martin does not have a bond amount set at this time.
