Two Tennessee Tech professors, Dr. Jeff Roberts and Dr. Michael Gunter will share their expertise on the Middle East at the White County Democrat Party’s meeting Thursday.
White County Democrat President Geeta McMillan said it’s part of a nonpartisan outreach program planned for the group.
“And it’s not a Democrat or Republican issue, it’s a world issue, it’s something, they will say, it’s a very complex issue, and it’s just really designed to be informational,” McMillan said.
The presentation takes place at 6 p.m. Thursday on the third floor of the White County Courthouse. The presentation is open to the public, McMillan said.
