Authorities charged a Cookeville woman following a Thursday crash in Putnam County.
The accident happened at the 292 westbound mile marker of Interstate 40.
A Tennessee Highway Patrol crash report said Fabiana Sebastian Domingo was traveling West in A Chevrolet Cruze. The report said Domingo’s vehicle struck a tractor trailer when she attempted to change lanes.
Domingo’s vehicle came to a final rest off the roadway, while the tractor trailer came to a stop in the emergency lane.
No injuries occurred during the accident. State troopers charged Domingo with due care and no license.
