Tennessee Tech will once again host Tennessee American Legion Boys State starting Sunday.
Governor Bill Lee will attend this year’s conference and speak to nearly 450 high school juniors Tuesday afternoon.
According to a press release from Tennessee Tech, the conference will help participants learn leadership skills along with local and state government functions.
This will be the 55th consecutive year Tennessee Tech has hosted the event. The event runs through Saturday, May 25.
