Livingston Mayor Curtis Hayes satisfied with Monday’s bid for the paving of South Church Street. The city received bids from Rogers Group and Copeland DRP for the project, with Rogers Group turning in the lowest bid. Upgrades to Livingston’s South Church Street area delayed because of supply chain issues. Downtown Redevelopment Commission Chair Gene Gantt said the project will not begin until January.
