Garrett Takes Overton County Republican Primary For Sheriff

Overton County Sheriff John Garrett captured better than 52 percent of the vote Tuesday to win the Republican primary. Garrett tallied 1508 votes to 783 for Shane Barlow and 607 for Marty Philpot.
