A private investor has offered to put $250,000 towards finding a replacement for the retiring Dr. Charles Gray Smith in Monterey. Reels Defeats Wiggins in Monterey

J.J. Reels defeated Incumbent Bill Wiggins in the Monterey Mayor’s race Thursday night. Reels won with 57-percent of the vote. Monterey also saw two contested Board of Aldermen seats Thursday.
