Jamestown City Hall Closed For Repairs

Jamestown City Hall will be closed beginning Tuesday for repairs and maintenance. Mayor Lyndon Baines said the main offices and the service window will both be closed. Bid Approved For Jamestown Sewer Upgrades

The City Of Jamestown awarded the bid Monday night for upgrades to the city sewer system. Portland Utility Construction submitted the low bid at $531,000 according to Jamestown City Engineer Thomas Bennett. The city received a total of four bids for the project. The City of Jamestown has received a $125,000 dollar grant to begin improving downtown streets.
