Power issues remain across the Upper Cumberland after Monday’s freezing rain with crews back at it as sunrise approaches. Putnam County Roads “Very Bad”

Putnam County Sheriffs Dispatchers reported side roads “very bad” across the county as freezing rain fell overnight. Multiple calls of vehicles off the road and not able to move, according to dispatchers.
