Jackson County EMA has established a hotline for residents and business owners to report flood damage. Anyone who has taken flood damage is asked to call (931) 268-6177. Overton County is beginning to recover from flood damage that occurred on roadways. County Road Superintendent James Norrod said the Dry Hollow and Rickman areas took the worst damage.
