Cookeville Man Charged With Murdering 23-Year-Old Fiancée

A Cookeville man has been charged with murdering his fiancée after she was found dead in her 12th Street apartment over the weekend. Christian Luna arrested Monday in Carencro, Louisiana on first degree murder charges. He will be held there until extradition takes place. Cookeville Receives Grant To Do Phase Two Of E. Spring Street Project

Cookeville was awarded a second multi-modal grant to continue work on the East Spring Street sidewalk project. Cookeville Regional Medical Center saw at least 99 percent of employees undertake the process to meet vaccine status requirements.
