The Millard Oakley Public Library has mutliple opportunities for improving services with federal funding. Twin Lakes has decided to fund 15 community grants in the Upper Cumberland to try and assist with issues the pandemic has created. Marketing and Sales Manager Lea Ann Gore said the board of directors made the decision to commit more than $70,000.
