NWS: F-1 Tornado Caused Damage In Hermitage Springs

National Weather Service Meteorologists found a F-1 tornado touched down in Clay County Saturday morning. During a Monday assessment, meteorologists found the tornado stayed on the ground nearly six miles with a width of 75 yards. The storm uprooted trees in Hermitage Springs just south of Highway 52.
