State Offering 30-Percent Discount On Winter Camping

The Department of Environment and Conservation has announced a 30-percent discount on winter camping at 30 state parks.

A total of seven Upper Cumberland state parks will offer the discount from now until the end of February. Some of the participating parks include Edgar Evins, Cumberland Mountain, Fall Creek Falls, and Pickett Memorial.

Campers can register online or by phone to get the discount. Reservations made prior to November 1 will not be eligible for the discount.
