Authorities conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to a tail light being out on Thomas Road near Hwy 70.

Due to inconsistent statements, authorities asked the occupants of the vehicle to step out.

Officials identified Thomas as the passenger.

The arrest warrant indicates that Thomas consented to a search of her person.

During a pat-down, authorities found a white plastic container wrapped in a brown paper towel. The container had one pill of oxycodone and approximately eight grams of a leafy green substance believed to be marijuana.

Authorities also identified approximately 1.1 grams of a white crystal substance that appeared to be methamphetamine.

Officials booked Thomas into the Putnam County Jail yesterday on a 9 thousand dollar bond.
