Putnam County will hold a National Day of Prayer on Thursday.
This year, the National Day of Prayer’s theme is unity. National Day of Prayer focuses on mobilizing prayer for the nation.
The Putnam County service will start with praise and worship and end with prayer.
The Putnam County service will be broadcasted on News Talk 94.1. Washington D.C. will live stream their service on the National Day of Prayer Website.
Various churches and communities surrounding Putnam County will have their own services as well, including Davidson County.
The event takes place from 12:00 p.m to 12:45 p.m on the South Lawn of the Putnam County Courthouse on Thursday, May 3.
