A Cookeville man faces charges for running naked Wednesday and threatening to kill a woman days before.
Algood Police charged 46-year-old Corey Mare Mullins with indecent exposure, aggravated assault, and evading arrest.
Officers responded to Mullins Quinland Lake home on Wednesday. Arrest reports indicate Mullins ran from the home without clothing and exposed himself to a man on a bike trail.
Warrants stated that days earlier Mullins allegedly punched a female in the face, pulled a knife on her, and threatened to kill her. The report said the woman had visited the home with two children when the alleged attack took place.
Mullins faces an additional charge of violating the sex offender registry. His name appeared on the registry in 2013 after being convicted of aggravated statutory rape.
