McAlister’s Deli To Open In Cookeville Next Year

McAlister’s Deli will make a return to Cookeville next year.

Mayor Ricky Shelton said the fast casual restaurant will locate at the former Ruby Tuesday building on Interstate Drive. He said remodeling of the building has already begun with an opening set for early 2020.

McAlister’s previously had a restaurant located in Cookeville at the current El Tapatio on South Willow Avenue.

The restaurant has over 400 locations in 28 states. McAlister’s will have 23 Tennessee locations once the Cookeville location opens next year.
