Man In Custody Following Bunker Hill Road Investigation

Cookeville Police have apprehended a suspect following an investigation on Bunker Hill Road Thursday.

CPD Captain Bobby Anderson reports the man had barricaded himself inside a home and threatened harm to himself and others.

Police closed access to Bunker Hill Road south of McKinley Street and north of West Cemetery Road while SWAT officers responded to the scene.

Anderson said additional information will be released later today.
