Arrest warrants indicate that Wal Mart management saw Williams place a case of beer into his truck and then reenter the store. Williams took Band-Aids and a cellphone workout band before leaving the store again.

Officials made contact with Williams and retrieved three cases of beer from the vehicle. The items were worth $88.54.

According to the arrest warrant, Williams failed to inform officers of illegal substances on his person. Upon a search, authorities found two medium size bags with several smaller baggies all containing crack cocaine. Authorities also located a single bag with a white powdery substance believed to be cocaine.

The total weight of the narcotics was approximately 11.3 grams.

Officers booked Williams into the Putnam County Jail on a $30,250 bond.
