Former Key West Inn On Willow Under New Ownership

Cookeville’s former Key West Inn undergoing changes after getting new ownership.

The hotel off Willow Avenue will now be called the Legacy Inn Cookeville. Manager Ankit Patel said the rebranding came about after the hotel changed ownership.

“We’re already in the process,” Patel said. “We already did the changes in the rooms, but there are still some small changes we still have to make. But we are lining up for a new parking lot and a new camera system and all the stuff.”

Patel said the process has been going on for about a year. He said COVID has slowed down their work.

Patel said in the meantime, they are still actively accepting bookings.
