A former Fentress County Corrections Officer turned himself in Wednesday after allegations of misconduct.
24-year old Coltan Daniel Jones faces four counts of Official Misconduct and four counts of Unlawful Photography. The charges the result of allegations that Jones photographed female inmates during his service at the Fentress County Jail.
The TBI began the investigation in July, 2023. Jones booked into the Fentress County Jail on $10,000 bond.
