Food For Fines Hosted By The Putnam County Libraries is now ongoing. All libraries in the Putnam County area will be collecting non-perishable canned food items for fines on a permanent basis. One dollar will be waived for each food item you bring. There’s no limit! This cannot be used for lost or damaged library books. For late fees only.
