A Kentucky truck driver faces a due care citation following a Friday morning crash in Putnam County.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol said 26-year-old Daniel Arteaga did not suffer any injuries when his box truck left Highway 136 North and struck a tree.
A crash report said the vehicle came to a final rest on its side, blocking all lanes of travel. Authorities briefly shut down the roadway as crews worked to clean up the accident.
Officials said Arteaga was not wearing a seat belt when the crash occurred.
