Crossville will have to pay more than $88,000 to demolish the Inn of the Cumberlands.
Knoxville-based Adkins Demolition has submitted an $88,888 low bid for the project. 10 other companies also submitted bids to conduct the project.
The city of Crossville condemned the inn two years ago after the owners failed to address several code violations.
The demolition has been delayed because of a lawsuit filed against the former owners and necessary studies that needed to be conducted on the building.
The Crossville City Council will consider awarding the low bid when they meet for a work session on Tuesday, December 4th.
