22-year-old Carina Ochoa is under $2,500 bond at the Putnam County Jail. She’s charged with being a fugitive from justice in Bowling Green, Kentucky. A grand jury in Bowling Green has indicted Ochoa for incest of a minor.
A Bowling Green, Kentucky grand jury has indicted a Cookeville woman for incest of a minor.
Cookeville Police arrested 22-year-old Carina Ochoa Sunday at a home on East Jere Whitson Road. Officers responded to the location after being contacted by the Bowling Green Police Department.
The Putnam County Jail will be holding Ochoa until she can be extradited to Bowling Green. She’s facing an additional charge of being a fugitive from justice.
