A Cookeville man faces charges after an arrest in a Chattanooga human trafficking operation.
25-year-old Jason A. Pastor faces one count of solicitation of a minor and one count of trafficking for a commercial sex act. The investigation was conducted by the TBI Human Trafficking Unit, Chattanooga Police Department, Homeland Security Investigations, and Tennessee Human Trafficking Task Force.
The two-day investigation began November 10th with undercover officers placing several decoy advertisements on websites known to be linked to prostitution and commercial sex. The focus of the operation was to identify individuals seeking to engage in commercial sex acts with minors.
As a result of the operation, 11 men and one female were arrested and booked into the Hamilton County jail.
