Cookeville Man Charged With Financial Exploitation Of Father

Cookeville Police have arrested a Cookeville man for the financial exploitation of his father.

59-year-old Kennith Orbit Boles Jr. will face a criminal court arraignment Monday. He is being held on $50,000 bond. Boles faces a felony county of Financial Exploitation of a Vulnerable Adult in an amount exceeding $60,000.

Police began the investigation in September, 2020 after learning that Boles, Jr. might have exploited his father, Kennith Boles, Sr. during an eight-month period of 2020. A grand jury heard the evidence and indicted Boles, Jr.
