The Cookeville Rescue Mission has seen an influx of people seeking shelter this winter. A Colorado man faces multiple charges after a routine traffic stop Wednesday. Putnam County authorities arrested 22-year-old Marcus Henderson of Ft. Grand Jury to Decide Snyder’s Fate in Clay County Murder Case
