Putnam County Man Found Dead On Center Hill

TWRA officers found a Putnam County man dead on Center Hill Lake Wednesday afternoon. 36-year-old Quinn Hogan found by GPS forensic tracking near the Cookeville Boat Dock around 4:30pm. Over 200 Upper Cumberland volunteers are sewing face masks for anyone to pick up at St. Thomas Hospitals. The state will begin testing all residents of some 700 long-term care facilities across the state later this week.
