A Baxter woman faces a charge of felony violation of probation in North Carolina.
Cookeville Police arrested Crystal Lynn Gostwoski during a traffic stop for a seat belt violation Saturday.
During a search of the vehicle, officers located 5-grams of a crystalline substance commonly identified as methamphetamine. A records check also revealed that North Carolina authorities had issued warrants for Gostowski two months ago.
Officers have charged the 34-year-old with felony fugitive from justice and manufacture, delivery, sale, and possession of meth.
Gostowski remains behind bars at the Putnam County Jail. She has no bond amount listed at this time.
