Authorities charged a Baxter man with stalking after he violated an order of protection against him.
Izaya Kennedy, 19, was arrested and booked into the Putnam County Jail Monday.
During an investigation, authorities determined Kennedy called the victim from a restricted number on Oct. 4.
An arrest warrant indicates Kennedy attempted to find out what the victim was doing, where they were, and who they were with.
The warrant indicates Kennedy has a history of harassing the victim and was out on bond for previously violating an order of protection.
Kennedy is currently being held at the Putnam County Jail on $8,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 15.
