The Clay County Commission unanimously passed its budget with no tax increases Monday night. Owner, Local EMS Officials Differ On Celina Hospital

Cumberland River Hospital Owner Johnny Presley claims that Clay County EMS crews intentionally diverted transports to other facilities outside of the county. Putnam County Health Department patients can now find their COVID test results online. Results can be found under the patient portal tab on the health department’s website. Fentress County Grand Jury ruled the June shooting involving a Fentress County Deputy and Gregory Turnure as self defense.
