Cookeville To Vote On Pay Scale Increases

Cookeville City Council unanimously approved adjustments to the city’s pay range scale Thursday night, just the second changes since 2014. Cumberland Co. I-40 East Temporary Closure

Temporary road closures are coming to I-40 East in Cumberland County tonight while permanent overhead signs are installed. From 9:00 p.m. to midnight, T-DOT will be using rolling roadblocks between mile markers 329 and 340. Security Upgrades Coming To Jackson Co. School Entrances

Jackson County Schools will be improving security at each of its schools by constructing new secure entrances. The project will be partially funded from a reoccurring state safety grant. No Movement On Cumberland River Hospital Meeting

Communication issues with the Cumberland River Hospital and Celina municipalities continue with no movement on a rescheduled meeting date.
