Putnam County Man Charged With Murder Of Toddler

A Putnam County man arrested in Chattanooga Tuesday for felony murder and aggravated child abuse after a May incident. 28-year-old Justin Dixon was caring for two-year-old Atlas Copeland when deputies responded to the Copeland residence.
