Carthage – Clean Up Day Presented By The Smith County Chamber Of Commerce will be held on Monday, January 8th starting at 9 am. The day will begin with a light breakfast served at the Chamber as well as a light lunch at 1 pm. Gloves and safety vests will be provided to all volunteers.
