Wright Found in Possession of Illegal Drugs and Counterfeit Money

Authorities have charged a Putnam County man with possession of illegal substances and counterfeit money.

During a search of the home of  19-year-old Xavier Wright last week, authorities found approximately five grams of a powdery white substance believed to be crack cocaine. Investigators found half a pound of marijuana with scales and baggies as well.

Wright also reportedly had two hundred fifty dollars of counterfeit currency.

Authorities also accused Wright with possessing a firearm during the commission or attempt of a dangerous felony. According to the warrant, authorities found a loaded AR 15 assault rifle in Wright’s bathroom.

Wright has posted his bail.
