Warren Co. Mask Mandate Lifted

Warren County’s mask mandate has been lifted as the county’s active COVID cases continue to decrease.

According to a press release, County Executive Jimmy Haley said all county buildings will continue with public restrictions with new guidelines being announced Sunday.

Haley said local businesses and the school system’s mask policies will continue until further notice.

County executives still have the authority to implement face covering mandates until Oct. 31st under Gov. Lee’s extended state of emergency.

Residents are still strongly encouraged to practice social distancing, good hygiene and mask wearing. Warren County has 88 active cases.
