Van Buren County’s first confirmed COVID-19 case case Monday brought the Upper Cumberland total to 213.
Six counties across the region now report double-digit positive cases led by Putnam County’s 87 and Cumberland County’s 43. Macon, Cannon, Dekalb and Smith Counties each have at least ten cases.
Van Buren’s first case leaves only Pickett County without a case among Upper Cumberland communities.
The statewide total grew by 302 cases from Sunday’s total. 109 people have died from COVID-19.
