State senators from across the Upper Cumberland issued a letter to Tennessee voters supporting efforts by President Trump to contest the presidential election.
State Senators Paul Bailey, Janice Bowling, Mark Pody, and Ken Yager signed the letter from the Tennessee Senate Republican Caucus. It says the election process is far from over. The senators wrote there is no reason to come to a premature conclusion.
“The Tennessee Senate Republican Caucus stands absolutely and unequivocally with President Donald Trump as he contests the unofficial results of the Presidential Election of 2020,” Senators wrote in the letter.”
The Caucus calls on reports of irregularities in Michigan, Georgia, Nevada and Pennsylvania to be thoroughly investigated and court appeals exhausted. The senators call on Tennesseans to be patient.
