The arresting deputy responded to the call Saturday and was told by the complainant they saw movement in the residence although no one should be inside.

Upon receiving consent, the deputy entered the residence and found the three defendants inside the living room area. Winningham was found with a flat head screwdriver that he stated was his.

Both Allen and Wilder have since been released from the Putnam County Jail on $2,000 bond while Winningham remains on $2,500 bond. All three are scheduled to appear in court March 18.
