Substation Equipment Bid Approved in Sparta

A bid has been approved to help avoid electrical outages in Sparta. Sparta Electric and Caney Fork Electric will split the $298,900 price tag on the substation switches. CRMC Reports 20th COVID Death

Cookeville Regional reported its 20th COVID-19 fatality Tuesday. The patient from White County passed away in the overnight hours, according to Cookeville Regional Public Relations Director Melahn Finley.
