Gilley Pool Reopens To Outside Counties

McMinnville’s Gilley Pool has reopened to residents of all counties and increased visitor capacity to 300. Morrison Man Dies After Being Pinned At Plant

A Morrison man died Monday when a steel mold fell on him as he worked at Warren County’s Bridgestone plant. 33-year-old Beau Christopher Lowe died at Riverpark Hospital from major internal injuries. Drivers Services Resume Monday

Tennessee Driver Services Centers across the Upper Cumberland reopened Monday with online options to help consumers. The state website at TN.Gov now shows wait times at offices across the region. Warren Co Graduation Set For June 12

Warren County High School will hold its senior graduation June 12 at 7pm. The outdoor ceremony will be held at the football stadium. Four guests per graduate will allowed. There will be no processional this year because of COVID-19 restrictions. Swallows The Pick For Warren Co Director

The Warren County Schools will offer White County High School principal Grant Swallows the position of director of schools. School board members held two rounds of voting Thursday night with Swallows receiving the most votes in each tally. The two sides must still agree on a contract. Warren and White Counties’ Higginbotham Turnpike has been nominated for the National Register of Historic Places. A man convicted by a Warren County Circuit Court jury of multiple drug charges lost his appeal to the State of Tennessee Court of Appeals. WWII Vet Remains Return Postponed

A Warren County Pearl Harbor veteran’s remains will not be returned to his hometown as planned this weekend. COVID-19 is the reason. Warren C.
