Twin Lakes has decided to fund 15 community grants in the Upper Cumberland to try and assist with issues the pandemic has created. 201 new COVID cases reported in Putnam County Thursday bringing this week’s total to 541. That’s according to data from the State Department Of Health. Six Upper Cumberland Counties reported triple digit COVID-19 cases Tuesday. The State Department Of Health reported Putnam County with 417 cases. That includes a 13 percent positivity rate.
