Rock Island Gorge Closed Until July 24

Rock Island’s State Park gorge will be closed until July 24 due to generators at Great Falls Dam going offline. With the generators not working, water levels could drastically rise. Planned Power Outages For Jackson, Putnam and Overton

The Tennessee Valley Authority will disconnect power Saturday night for areas in Jackson and Putnam County to repair damage from storms.
