Oakley, Stonecipher To Receive Honorary Degrees

Tennessee Tech will award honorary degrees to longtime Upper Cumberland resident Millard Oakley and former Boeing executive Harry Stonecipher. Tennessee Tech’s Marc L. Burnett Student Recreation and Fitness Center has official opened after Friday’s ribbon cutting.
