Putnam Reports $6 Million In Building Permits

Putnam County reported some $6.1 million in building permits issued during the month of July. The 44 permits puts the month behind only June, 2020 for most construction permits in the county’s history. The July number includes 30 new single family residential permits. Putnam Saved $3.6 Million In Interest

Putnam County refinanced its 2013 school bonds this week and saved some $3.6 million in interest. Putnam County Commissioners unanimously approved a water improvement plan for Green Mountain residents Monday.
