Putnam County will be collecting donations for Middle Tennesseans dealing with the aftermath of Saturday’s tornado through Wednesday. Putnam County Emergency Management Agency will hold a public meeting regarding their Hazard Mitigation Plan updates on Tuesday morning. Deputy Director Sharon  Womack said that the plans were established to minimize loss of life or loss of property during emergency events.
